Nick has been with Gaskets, Inc. since 2007, He spent his summer and winter breaks off of high school and college assisting our production team in every facade and gaining a deep knowledge of our products and processes. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a BS in Business Administration he joined our management team in 2015 focusing on marketing and sales. Nick strives to continue to grow Gaskets,Inc and provide for its customers through exceptional customer service and modern, ethical business practices.
Jessica Donner Posthuma
Industrial Products Manager & Sales
Coming to Gaskets, Inc. in the Spring of 2002, Jess started working in the production area, steadily learning skills and acquiring responsibilities until 2008, when she became the production manager. In 2015, she became a member of the sales team where she still provides support, as well as manager of procurement and industrial products.
Rob Staveness
Production Manager
Rob was born and raised in the Rio community and is very active in our schools through coaching multiple sports at various levels. Educated in Respiratory Therapy, he began in manufacturing while in school and I have 40 years of experience in many roles from utility to management. This is within various companies including printing, warehousing, rodenticides, and excavation. Rob brings this experience as a production manager to the employees at Gaskets, Inc. to provide a safe, efficient, and productive work experience for our employees resulting in the highest quality product for our customers.
Carrie Butler
Controller & HR Manager
Carrie joined Gaskets, Inc in 2014 and has continued to expand her roll over the years. She has brought a broad combination of management abilities such as financial and operational leadership positions along with a commitment to employee safety at both small and large organizations. Carrie is our controller and human resources manager with an emphasis on financial management. She continues to support all aspects of the company.
